Together, six key elements make up P-H-M’s Strategic Plan, a plan put in place to guide the district’s Vision of Excellence. Those six areas are:
The Board of School Trustees commissioned the strategic plan process which led to over a year of study and design. Focus groups were held involving many stakeholders representing diverse interests and perspectives. Additionally, an online survey generated input from a broad base of constituents. In all, more than 600 voices contributed to the final product, assuring a plan that reflects our Triangle of Success - parents, students and teachers - and represents the community we serve.
