Educational Assistants are extremely important and an integral part of P-H-M’s educational teams. EAs partner with teachers to support Exceptional Education students in our inclusive classrooms where General Education and Ex Ed students learn together. The scope of student support that EAs provide is assisting students with a reading disability to working with students in a Life Skills setting.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Educational Assistants are needed throughout the Corporation at every level and ability: elementary, middle and high school levels. 
  • EAs start out at $15.35 per hour, and after a 90 day review have the ability to move to $15.85.  
  • Elementary Educational Assistants schedules vary working up to 29 hours per week.
  • Secondary Educational Assistants will work 35 hours per week with medical benefits offered.
  • P-H-M EA’s receive paid holidays and receive a yearly Step Increase on the anniversary of their hire.
