Guide for Forum Representative Report
Sharing Information with Your School
PTO representatives that sit on Forum are asked to take notes and share information back with their school’s PTO.
You can use this guide to create your report.
What to Share
- Notes, handouts, links & presentations from monthly Forum meetings
- New (applicable) PHM Forum, PHM District, & PHM Education Foundation Facebook
page posts. Note: If you “like” pages AND request notifications, you won’t miss a post.
How to Share
- Please do whatever works best for your school, but see ideas below:
- Report in person at PTO Meetings
- Email your school’s principal and PTO members
- Turn in a short article for your school or PTO newsletter
- With permission, post to your school’s PTO FB page or group.
