Preschool students at Madison Elementary School

P-H-M is pleased to host two preschool classrooms in Title I schools, in partnership with Indiana’s On My Way Pre-K initiative. P-H-M’s locations are at Madison and Meadow’s Edge Elementary Schools. These classrooms have gone through the rigorous metrics of the Paths to Quality rating system, and achieved PTQ, Level 3.  Parents of students in these programs can be assured that their child is receiving a high quality preschool education from a certified early education teacher, and with a research based curriculum.

The following eligibility information applied to the Madison and Meadow’s Edge preschool programs:

  • Families who qualify for a CCDF or OMW voucher may attend the program free of charge.
  • Following good faith efforts to find and enroll families who meet eligibility for a CCDF or OMW voucher, the Corporation will post remaining seats for families who are not eligible for a state voucher.  These spots are parent-funded, and rate is $35 per day.
  • Eligibility to attend the preschool programs is based on school attendance zone:
    • Madison Preschool: Madison, Elm Road, Moran, Elsie Rogers school attendance zone
    • Meadow’s Edge: Meadows Edge school attendance zone
  • Students must be four years old by August 1st of the attendance year
