Meet our Experienced Safety Team

Safety and security are paramount for P-H-M, ensuring that students feel safe to facilitate learning and that families trust in our protective measures.

As a nationally recognized leader in school safety, we collaborate with the Indiana Department of Education School Safety Academy to train specialists and use best practices for threat evaluation.

Our comprehensive safety plans, including a 3-layered security approach, safety drills, and partnerships with local law enforcement, provide robust protection.

The Safe School Helpline® offers a confidential reporting system for concerns, and our Threat Assessment Teams ensure timely responses to potential dangers. Our experienced Safety Team, led by Director Tommy Teeter, brings extensive law enforcement expertise to maintain a secure environment for all.
