Commercial Payments

Beginning in June 2025, Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation will be transitioning away from paper checks as a payment option to vendors.  

To facilitate this transition, we have partnered with Finexio, experts in commercial payment execution. Through this program, payments will be delivered to you using a Virtual Card, which you can process using your existing card payment solution.

This change in our Accounts Payable process will provided greater flexibility, enabling faster payments, enhanced security, and the elimination of paper checks.

Using Finexio’s Virtual Card will effortlessly integrate with our purchase order payment processing system, enhancing your organization’s cash flow. With payments sitting an average of 6-12 business days the streamlined process is further fortified by advanced security features effectively reducing the risks associated with check and ACH fraud.
