Online registration & payment will be available beginning Monday, April 15 at 10:00 a.m. on phm.revtrak.net. Space is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
All three sessions are 10 classes and will be held in the Penn pool. Classes are held daily Monday – Friday and are 30 minutes taking place both in the morning and afternoon.
Session 1: June 10 – 21, 2024
Session 2: June 24-28, 2024 and July 8-12, 2024 (no classes 7/1-7/5/2024)
Session 3: July 15-26, 2024
The following class times are offered for each session:
8:00 a.m., 8:40 a.m., 9:20 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:10 p.m., 1:50 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Children must be at least 4-years-old by the time the session they are enrolling in and potty-trained. Parents of 4-year-olds will be required to show a birth certificate at the time of registration. No exceptions. Email a copy of your child’s birth certificate to jforkner@phm.k12.in.us within 24 hours of registering.
The cost is $40 per child, per session.
Class size is limited and slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Refunds, minus a $10 processing fee, will be made if you cancel at least three business days prior to the start of the session.
A $5 processing fee for each child, will be charged for transfers. Transfers must be paid by check and mailed to the Community Education office at 55900 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545. Transfer fees can not be made with credit/debit cards or eCheck

- Registration will be online through phm.revtrak.net on April 15 at 10:00 a.m.

Follow the directions to create an account, select the swim lesson you would like for your child/children, and then register them individually.
- You may register by phone using a Discover, Visa or MasterCard debit/credit card or eCheck by calling 574.258.9568 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Make an online payment using eCheck, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit/debit card. There is a 3.49% fee for using this service.
