Please join us for a regularly scheduled public show.
Let There Be Night
The PHM Planetarium was awarded a Toyota TAPESTRY grant both to develop a planetarium program that addresses dark sky issues and to implement a district-wide experiment to quantify the sky glow in our community. This significant endeavor will dovetail with the 2009 International Year of Astronomy.
The PHM Educational Foundation and Jordan Toyota are providing additional support from within the community. Details are emerging at www.lettherebenight.com.
Adult Education
Adults can enjoy astronomy classes at the PHM Planetarium through the PHM Community Education program. Unlock the mysteries of the universe as you explore man's last frontier--outer space. You will be introduced to the marvels of the heavens in our artificial planetarium sky to discover the motions of the planets, moon and sun, as well as utilizing telescopes to observe the moon, stars and other objects in the heavens.
